1. Send an email list of the parts you want to order with your postal address. (Click the ORDER PARTS link on this page or the CONTACT link on any other page.

2. I'll email you a reply confirming your order plus the total cost including postage, together with my banks details for a direct deposit.

3. Send me an email confirmation once you have done the transfer.

4. Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment shows up.

Payment by DIRECT DEBIT to our bank account is the preferred payment method.

Alternatively you can pay by PAYPAL (a 2.5% surcharge applies)

or we can ship by Australia Post C.O.D. (around $9.00 in Aust Post C.O.D. charges plus postage upon collection).

Most orders are sent through Australia Post. Postal options and costs will be listed on your emailed order confirmation.

Minimum shipping and handling charge is $5.00

Small orders (pots, jacks switches, knobs etc). $6.00 for ordinary parcel, $8.00 for Express 500g. Satchel.

Orders up to 3 kg. go Express Satchel for $11.00

Necks, bodies etc. are sent by registered ordinary parcel. Typical postal cost for a neck or body is $20.00

Large orders (mutiple bodies & necks) we ship through TNT Road Express.
